To ensure strict adherence to the process, which requires a tightly run operation, a well-defined methodology would be implemented across a large number of operators. This is particularly important in a large scale, data conversion environment where each operator is expected to independently produce high quality data consistent with the output of other operators. Assumption of quality based on blind reliance on processes is as dangerous as having poor processes. Therefore, VSAP’s EDD monitors its operator productivity and quality on a "live" basis, enabling us to make real-time decisions during any work shift regarding the quality of the output of any particular operator. Productivity and quality is measured continuously by our workflow process software and compared to a pre-defined matrix. Exception reports are immediately available to floor supervisors and production managers allowing them to take immediate corrective action.
